1 The competition is open to any family that is available on Saturday 28th August 9.30am until 1pm. Due to studio size we can only accept Families of upto 2 adults and 3 children.(Staff and immediate family of Energy Hair Salon and Paula Fernley Photography aren’t permitted to enter.)

 2 Multiple entries per person will not be permitted. 

 3 The competition will commence at 09:00 GMT on 1/08/2021.

 4 The competition will close at midnight on Friday 20/08/2021. Winners will be announced on Sunday 22nd at 5 pm. 

 5 If selected, we will require a £45 refundable deposit to secure your session in our diary.

 6 The winner and runner ups will be selected by Paula Fernley on the merits of your entry.

 7 The prize for the winning family is an Energy hair wash, Fusio Dose treatment of choice blow-dry and Family Photography Experience with Paula Fernley Photography, to take place on Saturday 28th August at 10am at the Energy Hair salon Darts Farm , Followed by your Family Photography Experience at Paula Fernley Photography’s studio at 4 Flint Field Way, Exeter. EX1 3XN.

 8 There will be 3 runners up Family Photo Experiences.

 9 They are responsible for making their own way to the salon and photography experience, travel expenses are not covered

 10 Paula Fernleys’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

 11 Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

 12 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest. 

 13 The date of the Experience may have to be changed in line with Covid issues. Please contact promoters Energy Hair and Paula Fernley directly via social media for questions on Covid 19 procedures inside both venues.  

 14 The winner agrees to the use of their name and photographs being used in any future publicity material by both Energy Hair and Paula Fernley Photography 

 15 Any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. Information provided will be used according to the promoters privacy policy, contact Energy Hair and Paula Fernly for more details.
